Terms and Conditions

By booking a speaking engagement, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received and written confirmation is provided.

• Speaking fees will be agreed upon prior to the event.
• Payment is due [insert timeframe: e.g., in full upon booking / 50% deposit with balance due before event].
• Additional fees may apply for travel, accommodations, or special requests and will be disclosed in advance.

• Client cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• If the event is canceled within [e.g., 14 days] of the scheduled date, payment may be non-refundable.
• Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least [e.g., 7 days] in advance.
• The speaker reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, travel issues). In such cases, a new date or refund will be offered.

For in-person events, the client is responsible for reasonable travel expenses, lodging, and meals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client agrees to provide:

• A suitable speaking environment
• Required audio/visual equipment (microphone, projector, etc.)
• Adequate time for setup and sound check

Motivational speaking content is provided for inspiration and educational purposes only.
It is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

The speaker is not responsible for actions taken by attendees based on the presentation.

• The speaker retains full ownership of all presentation materials.
• Recording (audio/video) is not permitted without prior written consent.
• Approved recordings may not be distributed, sold, or reused without permission.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or emergencies.

The speaker shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of [your state].

Booking the speaker confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
